Step-by-step

Headband roll-up

This is a very easy, elegant up-do that you can use for a night out, for work or whatever else you feel it suits!  I love this dilly dally!  Here we go.

Wave your hair with a straight iron or curling iron.  If you don't know how you can check my links to youtube on my tutorial page.

Then put in a head band that is elastic or you can put in a ribbon.  We did a ribbon because we didn't have a headband with us but the ribbon did just fine.

Then you want to start on one side.  If you prefer you can leave a few strands out around your face.  Grab a section at a time and tuck it behind the headband making sure no ends are hanging out.  Grab another section of hair and do the same thing.  By touch, feel the sections and make sure they are even and one section is not higher or lower then another.  If you have fine hair, you may need to back comb some sections before you tuck it behind the headband to make it look fuller.   If you feel your hair won't stay in with just tucking the hair, you can add bobby pins to your hair to hold the style in.  Finish with hair spray to hold.

Here is the end result!  Pretty cute and so easy!
